When AutoProcess Businessrule Is Set To Yes, Check Box Does Not Show As 'Checked'

On : 11.1.0.2 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When AutoProcess businessrule is set to Yes, check box does not show as 'Checked' but it will auto process any new activities that are added. Per the documentation it says "If set to Yes, the AutoProcess button will be checked on the Activity screen" this is not the case. We are defining this for policy level activities and we have the override placed at the plan level. We are on version 11.1.0.3

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

AutoProcess checkbox would show as checked when this rule is enabled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a Plan Level Override for the AutoProcess business rule
2) Set the ActivityLevel to 'Yes'
3) navigate to a policy in OIPA
4) Notice checkbox will not be checked but if you add an activity it will process

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Business users may accidentally disable the AutoProcess functionality and would like to have consistent data shown on the screen
