On : 12.2.4 version, Requisitions

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On Item supply/demand, see problem IR #79335 has need by date = 16-FEB-18, but expected_delivery_date = 20-FEB-18.

This creates rows in output that have wrong dates and shows negative inventory balance when no negative balance is expected


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Problem internal requisition could have synchronized need by date and expected delivery date on item supply/demand.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create sales order for ATO item
2. Progress order to create the Internal Req Supply
3. Review the data on Item Supply demand form
