Symptoms

Receiving an error when creating a new Mobile Worker.

Below are the errors received in ORS Production:

Screenshots show webpage errors:

Error 1: "The web server did not respond correctly. Press OK for more details."
Error 2: "HTTP: 500 Internal Server Error"

Submitting a direct SQL query to the database as outlined in 'MWM/ORS v2 Sample Geocode Query (Doc ID 1669078.1)' fails with a similar error stating, "ORA-00904: "SDO_GCDR"."GEOCODE": invalid identifier"
