Goal
When flagging on the <filterUsage> to true in the SGG-D3-USAGE-CM > XQueries > EnvironmentSettings file in OSB so that records having UOM’s that aren’t configured in the D3-HeadendUOMLookup can be ignored, the payload file goes to the error directory, no IMD’s are created, and the payload statistics activity shows the error "Error occurred in OSB message flow. Code: OSB-380002. Reason: Not Found. Location: PipelinePairNode1PipelinePairNode1_requeststage1request-pipeline." With the <filterUsage> flag set, OSB is calling the Business Service configured with the D1-GetHeadEndUOMs service to return the configured
extendable lookup values. The service doesn’t exist in the environment. The WSDL URL references an XAI inbound service, which has been deprecated for IWS. There is not a base D1-GetHeadEndUOMs IWS.
The same issue exists for filtering Device Events also.
