Alert Queue - Actions Icons Sometimes Do Not Work

On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Alert
- Alert Action Buttons (acknowledge or close) sometimes work and sometimes do not work. Sometimes the pointer will become the hand icon and the buttons will work, other times the icon is a pointer arrow and the action buttons do nothing when clicked. The same is true for the hyperlink that is supposed to navigate the user to the activity. This will occur when pointing to the same alert in the queue for the same activity. It will work one time and not work a few seconds later and then work again a few seconds later. This issue was noted when there were multiple alerts on the queue.
- When the wrench icon is clicked the action buttons will always stop working. The only way found to get them to work again is to collapse the alert queue and expand it again.
