PTS Picking Is Not Following The Location Sequence

Symptoms

PTS Picking (unit) is not following the location sequence as system follows the store or item id, instead of following the pick sequence that store was setup. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create stock order.
2. Setup PTS locations and GRID positions for the stores.
3. Perform CP replenishment.
4. Perform PTS Unit picking.
5. Verify picking sequence. Notice, Picking is not following the physical layout of the PTS Grid.
