Unifier: When Using UMail - Email Addresses In CC And External CC Appear In The "To" Field For Recipients

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 17.12.3

When sending a uMail and copying other users via CC or External CC, when the recipient gets the email and views the list of users that were addressed or copied, ALL users show up in the SAME field along with users that were directly addressed in the "TO" field. If that Email is forwarded, the CC'd and External CC'd users are also just put into the "TO" field.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The users addressed in the "TO" field and the users addressed via CC or External CC should not be grouped together in the received email.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to a uMail in Unifier.
  2. Send a uMail and CC and External CC some users.
  3. When the email is received in Outlook or Email client, ALL users are in the same field and grouped together, it cannot be discerned who was copied and who was directly addressed.
  4. When forwarding that email, the CC/External CC users are displayed in the TO field in the original email thus confirming they were not shown in the CC field as expected.
