Error: "Error While Trying to Load Messages: AUTHENTICATE Failed javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: AUTHENTICATE Failed" When Starting the Email Status Service (Doc ID 2414483.1)

When starting the TM Email status service the following error is observed in the logs:
