Calling POSTransactionService Web Service Fails With "Object Attribute Not Found For Class" (Doc ID 2414861.1)

Symptoms

In Store inventory Management (SIM), for POSTransactionService web service, whenever calling this service either for SALE or RETURN with all mandatory values in the request (as in example below):

Issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Set ENABLE_GMT_FOR_POS_IMPORT = 'Y'.
  2. Call POSTransactionService web service either for SALE or RETURN transaction code, using a non GMT timestamp.
  3. Observe the errors in the returned results and SIM log. No further detail pointing to the error cause is provided.
