OFSAA Nodes Are Deleted From Regular BI Enabled Hierarchy After Edit (Doc ID 2414974.1)

In OFSAA 8.0.4, created a regular, Business Intelligence (BI) Enabled hierarchy with several nodes. No issues creating or using the hierarchy in LRM rules.
However, when attempting to edit one of the nodes in the existing hierarchy, after clicking OK, all the other nodes are removed and are no longer visible in the screen. After saving and re-opening, only the edited node is still visible.

When re-enter the screen, only the edited node remains:

While editing existing hierarchy, existing nodes not edited should remain intact.
