Reading Pane is no longer showing call comments

Trouble Info should display call comments

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Steps to reproduce:
1. enter a call in web call entry with a customer comment.
2. In Web Workspace, find the event.
3. confirm that the customer comment can be seen in trouble info
4. open reading pane and see that the customer comment is not present.
