Symptoms

On OPPM 16.1.3.0 version, General

When attempting to login to OPPM, the following error occurs for all users except the Admin.

ERROR

Unable to Login!
Please verify that you have typed your name and password correctly.
For more detail contact you Primavera Portfolio Management administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new user and define password
2. Attempt login with new user.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the environment.
