Backdated Cancellation in Billing Care Is Not Prorating The Cycle Charge

On : 184.108.40.206.0 version, Billing Care
1) Create an account on Apr 15th
2) Purchase a monthly recurring product $250 ( Proration on purchase and cancellation is enabled on the product)
3) Change pvt to May 2nd
4) Backdate cancel the product to Apr 28th
After cancellation, the prorated amount for the period 28th Apr to 15th May should be credited
Proration on cancellation is not working and the amount is not credited
Note: The same backdated cancellation from Customer Center is working fine and the credit is applied to the account for the period 28th Apr to 15th May.
