When replicating a premise with a service point on the Premise Replicator page in C2M, the following error occurs when clicking save: "The server has encountered a problem. Your request cannot be processed Please try again.".
We found this is due to the D1-SP MO audit algorithm D1-ODM-GCDCP plugged in. When Inactivating the algorithm (using the Inactive Algorithm MO Option), the error still occurs; only when removing the algorithm altogether the premise is successfully replicated.
Note that when manually creating a single premise and service point (without using the premise replicator), they are successfully created, and the creation of service point triggers a SP sync request to ODM.
The error in the weblogic log shows:
com.splwg.shared.common.LoggedException: Record ServicePointD1_Id(990770782298) already had an MO audit trigger executed, but is in audit list again. Recursive or circular audits are not allowed.
