Oracle DIVAdirector Webpage: Attempt to Restore Times Out With Error "Unexpected Error Occurred, contact system administrator"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When submitting a restore request in Diva Director, the web page times out with error:
"Unexpected Error Occurred, contact system administrator"
"Asset was not found in the DIVArchive system, please contact your system administrator" Although object is present and online to DIVArchive
DIVA Director logs show error:
"An asynchronous operation exceeded the page timeout"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to restore an object in the Director Webpage
2. Monitor for failure with error above
Server running the DIVArchive Application Server Service was down, unresponsive, or unreachable, or the DIVArchive Application Server Service was unresponsive.
