Not Able To Modify The RUMCODE (Doc ID 2416120.1)

Goal

On Oracle Communications Pricing Design Center(PDC), 11.1.0.11.0 version, Server for PDC

The user have multiple environments, in few environments RUMCODE have configured as ‘MBS’ and some have configured as ‘MB’. The correct value for this is ‘MB’ and customer wants to synchronize it by bringing all environments to the same value. However, this has been done incorrectly in some environment, now PDC is not allowing to overwrite MBS to MB and throwing unique constraint error.
