M1-TSKTR And M1-SCHED Long Running In MWM v2.1.0.6 (Doc ID 2416161.1)

Symptoms

On : MWM - Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management; 2.1.0.6 version, Scheduling

We have 2 jobs M1-TSKTR and M1-SCHED which are long running in Production. M1-TSKTR generally takes about 15-24 hrs or sometimes more than that to complete. Below were the steps taken already to address this issue.
1) Purge to do's in the system
2) Increased the thread count from 1 to 10.

However nothing of the above have helped us to decrease the run time of the job.
