'Invalid request' Request Error When Trying to Edit an Interest Rate Code (Doc ID 2416253.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) 8.0.5.1, in the Rate Management > Interest Rates screen, when attempting to edit an Interest Rate Code, the following error occurs in the screen:

Invalid request / Error while processing request

Please contact your System Administrator for more information

The following error is listed in the nohup.out file where the web server (i.e. Weblogic) is started:
