'Invalid request' Request Error When Trying to Edit an Interest Rate Code (Doc ID 2416253.1)

Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)


In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), in the Rate Management > Interest Rates screen, when attempting to edit an Interest Rate Code, the following error occurs in the screen:

Invalid request / Error while processing request

Please contact your System Administrator for more information

The following error is listed in the nohup.out file where the web server (i.e. Weblogic) is started:

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.fasterxml.jackson.core.JsonProcessingException

As a result, you cannot create or edit Interest Rate Codes.
