Symptoms

Assignments are getting stuck in Pending Dispatch and will not dispatch to crew. Manual intervention is required to get the assignment out of Pending Dispatch and make is available for scheduling.

This causes unnecessary delay in crews receiving work. In many cases, the work is time sensitive and is causing overtime to ensure work is accomplished that day.
