Information in this document applies to any platform.
When downloading a item induction template for an item list (item list with only few items) following error is encountered:
Error: A connection to the server has failed (status=503)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an item list with multiple items.
2. Go to download item from RMS (item induction).
3. Search based on the item list.
4. Download list of items to item template.
5. Notice the error.
