Symptoms

Actual Behavior

LDAP User newly added to the LDAP user group does not get sync to Agile using "Refresh users from LDAP" from Java Client

Expected Behavior

LDAP user who was newly added to the LDAP user group to be sync to Agile using "Refresh users from LDAP" from Java Client

What is Working

LDAP user who were newly added to the LDAP directory can be sync using "Refresh users from LDAP" from Java Client



Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Agile PLM Java Client as admin user, and configure LDAP so that LDAP users in specific LDAP user group will be sync with Agile
  2. As LDAP admin, add a LDAP user to the LDAP user group to be sync to Agile
  3. Login to Java Client as admin user, go to LDAP node and click Preview. Able to see the LDAP Users in the Preview window
  4. Go to Users node and click "Refresh users from LDAP" to sync users
  5. User profiles are getting updated but not able to migrate the user who was newly added to the LDAP user group does not get sync to Agile PLM
