In this example, the customer is using CCB V126.96.36.199.0. This issue can also occur with other FW V188.8.131.52.0 based TUGBU products.
Documentation Links within AppViewer inaccessible
Within CCB v2.6 AppViewer, selecting "View User Documentation" link opens a window to access ohelp URL but never loads.
This is what is displayed when the "Value List" link is clicked.
After pressing OK, this displays:
The URL for the Main Help page (that does load properly) is this: http://xxxxxxxx.xxxxxx.com:6500/ohelp/faces/helppages/main.jspx?locale=en-US&topic=C1_BP01CustInfo_Control_Central_Main.html&dataDictionaryURL=http://xxxxxxxx.xxxxxx.com:6500/ouaf/appViewer/appViewer.html&config=OHW+Servlet+1
The main.jspx war file is located and accessible within the Domain Home ohelp tmp directory.
The "View User Documentation" link tries to access the following URL: http://xxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxx.com:6500/ohelp/help?locale=en&topic=C1_03Finan_A_P_Check_Request&dataDictionaryURL=http://xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.com:6500/ouaf/appViewer/appViewer.html
This does not load.
This persists across all of our environments (including DEMO), and all browsers (tried in IE, Firefox, Chrome).
