Last updated on AUGUST 14, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version 7.5.0.20.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

On : 7.5.0.20.0 version, Subscription Management

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Configure a quarterly cycle product with 1 month advanced billing offset and scaled amount of $300.
2. Purchase this product,  it is charging for a quarter as regular cycle $300.  Also it is charging one month in advance as expected, but with unexpected amount as the followings:

Regular Cycle => 12/15 - 3/15 => $300
Adv Cycle => 3/15 - 4/15 => $101.09 ( 31/92*300 = $101.0869 = $101.09)

Expected Behavior:

Regular Cycle => 12/15 - 3/15 => $300
Adv Cycle => 3/15 - 4/15 => $100

Question: How to make sure it charges $100 for the extra month instead of calculating the amount based on days.
