Error Opening Saved Reports: Invalid path entered. Make sure the path to the report server is correct (Doc ID 2417313.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open saved reports, the message "Invalid path entered. Make sure the path to the report server is correct." appears. As a workaround, you can browse to Parset\"report name" directory and open the parameter set and run the report.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Open GA report system
2) Open Production Detail Analysis report (although it could be any report)
3) Select Load values.  Double click on any saved report including Last Used and default.  This is the error:  "Invalid path entered.  Make sure the path to the report server is correct."


Due to this issue, scheduled reports are not being created.
