View Issues Button In Review Status Screen gets Stuck After Item Induction Even When the Number of Errors are Less

Symptoms

In RMS 16.0.1, Performance issue is noticed upon clicking the "View Issues" button in Review Status screen. Number of errors are less than 10.

Steps To Reproduce:

1) Create a Item through Item Induction upload. Make sure it fails with some errors.
2) Go to Review Status Screen to see status.
3) Click on View Issues.
4) Screen gets stuck for few minutes.
