Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Calendar Scheduled time is getting reset after server cache refresh. I set the time from 13:00:00 to 23:59:59 but after cartridge refresh / deployment, time is getting reset to 13:13:00 to 23:23:00.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Calendar time workweek scheduler should not be reset

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set workweek for a workgroup
2. Save data
3. Refresh server cache
