APN Map Module Reload With A Semaphore Is Not Rating EDRs As Expected (Doc ID 2417436.1)

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.5.0.17.0 version, Pipeline Manager

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

While reloading APN_MAP data in pipeline memory using a semaphore, it has been noticed that EDRs are not rated as per new pricing data after reloading with new pricing data.
It appears that the semaphore does not reload the whole memory. The only way to get the correct rating is to restart pipeline.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Load a pricelist.
2. Rate the EDR.
3. Create new pricing and reload pricing with semaphore.
4. Rate the EDR , Observe that rating is Incorrect.
5. Restart pipeline
6. Rate EDR , Now rating is applied appropriately.
