Issue To Load 5.4 Packages When 4.7.1 Packages Of Same Program Were Loaded (Doc ID 2417448.1)

Symptoms

On : Insbridge 5.4.0.0.0 version, SoftRater Engine

Issue loading 5.4 packages when 4.7.1 packages of same program were loaded

For some programs that have 4.7.1 packages that have been loaded in the SoftRater DB (but aren’t anymore), the following error occurs when trying to load them in the SoftRater DB : “Error loading SoftRater package: Load Error : Unable to load package. Duplicates found. Please unload the following package. Project: 506 , Program: 10 , Version: 3 , Subscriber: 1xx , Product: 30”.

“Error loading SoftRater package: Load Error : Unable to load package. Duplicates found. Please unload the following package. Project: 506 , Program: 10 , Version: 3 , Subscriber: 1000 , Product: 30”


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- In the 5.4 RateManager, create a SoftRater package.
2- In the IBFA, go to the explorer and select an environment where 4.7.1 packages of the same program that the one used in step 1 was loaded but aren’t anymore.
3- Try to load the newly created package.
4- The error “Error loading SoftRater package: Load Error : Unable to load package. Duplicates found. Please unload the following package. Project: 506 , Program: 10 , Version: 3 , Subscriber: 1000 , Product: 30”will be displayed.
