On C2M 126.96.36.199.0 version:
During billing when multiple rate versions exist during the billing period, an error is encountered in setting the value for Date Breaks.
The following are the steps to replicate:
1. Setup Account, Service Agreement.
Ensure that the Service Agreement’s rate schedule has multiple rate versions
2. Setup Usage Subscription with corresponding Service Point, Devices and Measurements
Create billing for period that spans the multiple rate versions
Verify that an error is encountered and no Usage Transaction is created.
