Symptoms

When executing an UpdateBPRecord Web Services call, the following error occurs:

Unifier UpdateBPRecord webservice could not process/update blank/null values

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Execute the UpdateBPRecord Web Services call to process/update blank/null values.
  2. Note reported error.
