Translations For RTK_ERRORS Are Displayed Only In Primary Language Even If Language Is Changed In Preferences (Doc ID 2418077.1)

Translations for RTK_ERRORS are displayed in primary language even if user has changed language in application preferences for the current session

All screens should be translated as per user selection in the preferences.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a new item, enter part of required information and try to Submit/Approve in order to trigger approval errors.
2. Check the Item approval error screen
Notice that details on the errors are not translated in the language selected for the current session and still showing in the default language.
