Polish Translations Missing In the Supplier Screen

Information in this document applies to any platform.
There are a few fields in the supplier screen that are not translated to Polish.
Steps to reproduce:
- Login into a Polish RMS environment.
- Navigate to Orders > Create order screen.
- Click Search on the supplier site.
