Page Not Loading Properly In MDM 2.2 Demo Installation. (Doc ID 2418342.1)

The User maintenance page does not load properly in MDM All Fields are missing under the "Main" tab, the area is blank.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to Admin Menu -> General -> User
  2. Page will not load; no error displayed online.
  3. In User Debug log, the following error is observed:
