Error Migrating Static Table Driver - ORA-01704: String Literal Too Long (Doc ID 2418354.1)

In Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT) 8.0.4, when you try to use the Object Migration user interface to migrate a Static Table Driver, the migration fails with the following errors in the FUSIONSUBSYSTEMSService.log:

[FUSIONSUBSYSTEMS] Jan 23,18 16:19:51 : [DBUTIL]Failed Migrating Object..[id:200278,name:Static_Tabl_Test Transform,type:17,Source Folder:OFSAASEG,Target Folder:OFSAASEG]
[FUSIONSUBSYSTEMS] Jan 23,18 16:19:51 : [DBUTIL]Migration Completed With Errors.Number Of Objects Failed to Migrate is ...1

At the same time, the following error is output to the pftapp.log:

As a result of these errors, the migration of this specific Static Table Driver fails.

This issue does not occur for all Static Table Drivers.  Only certain large definitions get the error.
