Symptoms
When attempting to import XML,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

ResourceObjectId or RoleObjectId must be set when creating ResourceAssignment objects.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into P6 Pro.
- Import XML.
- Import will fail.
