Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 16.1.6.2

When importing a CSV file to create a record(s) for one Business Process Name the following error is returned:

ERROR
-----------------------

Invalid value for null.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login Unifier, navigate to the applicable workspace
  2. Trigger the import
  3. Note the error


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import csv file successfully.
