Oracle OSM 7.3.5 Error While Processing CaptureBI Response From Oracle Communications Unified Inventory Management

On : OSM 184.108.40.206.0 version
OSM is a cluster set up with 2 Managed Servers on version 7.3.5
When both the managed servers are up and running, OSM is not processing the Capture BI response from UIM and we can see the following error in the logs

javax.jms.JMSException: Unable to get JNDI name from queue name mslv/oms/oms1/internal/jms/events for server PROD_MS2
When one MS was shutdown, the order progressed without this error.
We found this article on support KM Doc ID 2188356.1 which has provided patch 220.127.116.11.6.
Please let us know if applying this patch will fix the issue or there is a patch available for 7.3.5 version.
