CUP-54 - Start Date And End Date In SA Rate Info Editable Via Date Picker Even If SA Is Closed

Symptoms

On :CCB 2.6.0.1.0 version, CI - Customer Information

Start Date and End Date in SA Rate Info editable via Date Picker even if SA is closed

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In 2.6 when navigating to the Service Agreement and then the Rate Info tab, the Start and End Dates in the Tax Exemptions section at the bottom are not locked.
User can change the dates and the Save icon becomes active. User cannot save it when there is no Bill Factor present but when a Bill Factor is present then it is possible to save the changes.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

the Start and End Dates in the Tax Exemptions section at the bottom on the Rate Info tab of SA are locked.
In 2.3 it is not possible to change these dates.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Service Agreement and find a Service Agreement that has SA Status: Closed

2. Go to Rate Info Tab

3. Bill Factor Must be supplied. Start Date and End Date can be changed

4. Change a Start Date or End Date and click Save

5. Save Button is now enabled and click Save

BUSINESS IMPACT

Data integrity is compromised, because even after the SA Status flg is closed the Start date and End Date in the Rate Info tab can be changed.
