Why Users Are Unable To Delete Audit Rule Once Created

Please clarify why users are unable to delete an Audit Rule which is in worksheet,submitted or approved status in ReSA.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create an audit rule in ReSA in approved status
  2. Search for the rule in the Audit Rule Search screen
  3. Open the Audit rule
  4. Delete the Audit rule by clicking on the delete button
