Unable to De-provision User Using SOAP UI Tool (Doc ID 2419478.1)

Symptoms

The expected result / functionality is the user should get de-provisioned successfully. This is not an issue in other OHI instances; it is working as expected.

ERROR
-----------------------

SOAP Response - Failed
-> line -1: error: Unexpected element: TAG_END
-> line1: Unexpected element: TAG_END

In the log:

Fri May 18 18:41:12 IST 2018:DEBUG:Receiving response: HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized


Due to this issue, users that are no longer users cannot be de-provisioned; this must be done for security reasons.
