Upgrade From 12.1.3 to 12.2.6 First ASCP Plan Run Fails Fatal error: glibc detected an invalid stdio handle and Signal 6 (Doc ID 2419751.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Memory Based Planner in Test:

Users are upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.6. Users are on 12.2.6 and have applied patch 26969891 12.2.6.3 - Mandatory Cum Patch for 12.2.6 / R12.SCP_PF.C.Delta.7 - They have 64 bit linux MBP MSONWL64.ppc 120.15.12020000.80 but this is from one off patch 27754021 which is cum#2 patch on top of 12.2.6.3 - This is all the latest patching required by <Note 1361221.1>

The first time they run an ASCP plan in this instance it fails in MSCNSP: Memory-Based Snapshot with the following

ERROR

Fatal error: glibc detected an invalid stdio handle
/msc/12.0.0/bin/MSCNSP
Program was terminated by signal 6

The same error was also reported in Memory-based Snapshot Worker (MSCNSW) and Snapshot Delete Worker (MSCSDW)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.6
2. Run ASCP plan
3. Plan fails with signal 6 in several concurrent requests
