Error During Reconfiguration of the WLS Domain as WLS Schema Not Installed in Agile Environment (Doc ID 2419854.1)

Goal

During the upgrade of Fusion Middleware 12.2.1.1 to 12.2.1.3, there is a step where Reconfiguration of the WLS Domain needs to be done.
In the Fusion Middleware Reconfiguration wizard, where you select jdbc component schema, "WLS Schema" needs to be configured to move next.
However, "WLS Schema" is not installed in this environment.
What to do in this case?
