ASAP Is Not Opening More Than One Connection Towards NE Causing Slow Order Processing Rate (Doc ID 2419878.1)

Symptoms

It is observed that ASAP is not opening more than one connection towards the NE, even though 10 devices and 10 max connections are configured for the NE. This is causing slow order processing rate. We observed only 30 orders per minute in load testing.

It's expected that ASAP should open all the configured number of connections to the NE, when ASDL Pending queue size is high.
