Symptoms

On FTP 8.0.4 ESIC FTP batches are failing when run in parallel through a scheduler. The following is thrown when running through ESIC:

ERROR

This previously worked when running batches in parallel in 6.1.1.1 / 7.3.5 version. Run of the same batch in the FTP User Interface is successful. This is the first month run in 8.0.4 Prod.  All PFT allocation batches executed through ESIC appear to be successful.

The issue can be reproduced intermittently:
1. Run ESIC FTP production batch through scheduler.
