External System name still appears in DMW UI even after deleting adapter (Doc ID 2420536.1)

You've run the API DME_PUB_DISCREPANCY.createDiscConnIDs with pi_system_name as 'Rave'. Later on, based on requirements the
system name was modified to 'EDC'.

As this was the case, you removed the previous 'Rave' entry using the statement: ACC_ADAPTER_UTILS.deleteInfaAdapter('Rave').

And this time the API DME_PUB_DISCREPANCY.createDiscConnIDs was run with pi_system_name as 'EDC'.

The problem is in the DMW UI, when you click on Administration -> External Data Sources -> Web Service Locations -> Add Web Service Location - In the
'Data Model Sub Type:' drop down you can still see both the entries i.e. 'Rave' as well as 'EDC'.

Also, when you click on Study Configuration -> Add Clinical Data Model, in the 'Input Type:' drop down you can see both the entries 'Rave' as well as 'EDC'.

How can you remove the former entry (Rave) from the UI, from both locations?
