LDAP user unable to login to Empirica Signal (Doc ID 2420684.1)

Symptoms

On Applications : 7.3.3
Configuring LDAP authentication in Empirica Signal the below errors are logged in web error log file when LDAP user is trying to login.

Error:

java.naming.security.principal=CN=svcArgusLDAPS
Max Search Size for LDAP Configuration : 500
Max Search Time for LDAP Configuration : 60
 failed to connect to ldap host with javax.naming.AuthenticationException: [LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C090400, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v1db1 ]
 connect failed(HttpServlet.java:723)
