Use of PPM Admin Account
To justify the use of the PPM admin account.
The reason cited: in some instances, group accounts and shared passwords are prohibited for use within the environment.
The PPM admin is viewed as a group account since the account credential is shared among internal organization (customer, not Oracle) support team members.
Hence asked to stop using the account and disable the account.
What is the implication for disabling and not using the PPM admin account entirely?
Also is there a workaround or alternative solution to not using the PPM admin account.
