Two Node DMW configuration, port 47632 is not open on both nodes

Symptoms
You have a 2 Node DMW configuration, and requested port 47632 to be opened from the LSH DB To DMW MT node 1 and node 2.
The problem is there are no services listening to port 47632 on the Node 2 server, where as there's a service listening to Node 1 through that port.
As part of DMW-inform connectivity, we have to establish connectivity between the LSH DB and the DMW MT through port 47632,
but the connection is getting refused to Node 2 from the LSH DB as there's no service listening on that port.
