SHIPSKU Form is Taking Long Time to Show the Search Results

On the 'shipsku' form, upon clicking on the 'Search' button after search criteria details are provided, application is taking longer time to show the result on the form.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Log in to RMS Application
2. Go to Costing >> Cost Change
3. Create New Transaction
4. Fill in fields for Cost Change Description, Supplier Site, Item, Country, Reason and Select Effective Date
5. Click on Search and notice that application will take long time to show the result
