ORA-06550 Error Message in Transfer Detail Screen

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Whenever user tries to add the items in the transfer details screen, the below error message is reported.
Steps to Recreate:
1.Login to RMS screen.
2.Go to Create transfer screen.
3.Click on Details button to add item in transfer screen.
4.Above error message is encountered.
